Chongqing 3403 Automobile Parts Co., Ltd. is a specialized manufacturer of automotive leaf springs, and established by the reorganization of the former No. 3403 Factory of the Chinese People's Liberation Army. It is affiliated with Chongqing Endurance Technology Development Co., Ltd. and it’s committed to build a domestic brand enterprise for the manufacturing of light and mini vehicles' leaf springs.

The company owns multiple automated equipment including fully automated CNC leaf spring punching and shearing production lines, fully automated hot stamping production lines, and CNC variable-section rolling mills. With more than sixty years of experience in the research and development of automotive leaf springs, the company has successively obtained titles such as High-tech Enterprise, Enterprise Technology Center, and "Specialized and Sophisticated" Enterprise of Chongqing Municipality. It has also obtained the IATF16949:2016 international quality system certification. Its products sell well nationwide and are exported to overseas markets.
